For all bookings, 50 percent of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm your booking and is payable within two (2) days of making the booking. The total remaining tariff is payable 14 days prior to your arrival, if arriving withing 14 days of making your booking full payment will be deducted from credit card on time of booking. Payments can be made by *direct deposit, online via a secure payment site, ,MasterCard and Visa. credit card transactions will incur a 1.5 percent surcharge.Eftpos accounts have nil surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE: On Arrival we require an imprint of a CREDIT CARD (visa or MasterCard ONLY) or CASH BOND $1000.
Bond will be returned upon inspection when vacating the premises.
Also NOTE 1 credit card per individual Apartment booked only.
i.e, 3 x APARTMENTS, 3 x DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS, unless other arrangements are confirmed.
Warning 1-Guests who are disturbing other guests with excessive noise will incur a $200.00 fee deducted from the booking/responsible guest Credit Card who made the booking (Authorizing Signatures from guest are not required).
If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administration fee. If however the property cannot be re-let, your deposit is not refundable, If you wish to modify your booking or move dates your Deposit may be transferred to a future booking up to 6 months, only if 2 weeks notice of original check in date is given.
