For all bookings, 50 percent of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm your booking and is payable within two (2) days of making the booking. The total remaining tariff is payable 14 days prior to your arrival, if arriving withing 14 days of making your booking full payment will be deducted from credit card on time of booking. Payments can be made by *direct deposit, online via a secure payment site, ,MasterCard and Visa. credit card transactions will incur a 1.5 percent surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE: On Arrival we require an imprint of a CREDIT CARD (visa or MasterCard ONLY) or CASH BOND $1000.
Bond will be returned upon inspection when vacating the premises.
Also NOTE 1 credit card per individual Apartment booked only.

IF YOU DO NOT ABIDE BY THE COMPLEX TERMS & CONDITIONS RIGHT OF ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED. Whilst we do our best to provide, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the unit you have reserved. As the units are all privately owned, in certain circumstances there can be a situation beyond our control that requires us to cancel your booking, or to change to another unit ,if applicable. We also make no guarantee that we can provide uninterrupted services whereby an issue beyond our control occurs.

Guests who are disturbing other guests with excessive noise or inappropriate behaviour will incur a $200.00 fee deducted from the booking/responsible guest Credit Card who made the booking (Authorizing Signatures from guest are not required).

CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelling your booking before 14 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit a $150 administration fee. If cancelling within the 14 day arrival period, you are subject to the above administration fee as well as, at management discretion, a fee covering for loss of income if we are unable to resell the unit for the same return to the owner for the same duration. Please note we do not refund money if you choose to depart earlier than the booking date confirmed. Travel Insurance:– is not included; customers are advised to purchase appropriate cover after booking. Travel insurance should be important to you even when travelling domestically within Australia. Travel Insurance can include cover for certain events out of your control such as such as unexpected incidents or accidents as well as cancellations and delays caused by inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
