Our beautifully appointed 2 or 3 bedroom self-contained apartments are sure to please the most discerning guest, boasting all the creature comforts you could desire. With multiple combinations of apartments with courtyards, balconies or stunning penthouses, we have the perfect apartment for your stay.
Our BBQ area has 2 complimentary Stainless Steel teppanyaki BBQ plates for your use. You are not permitted to have portable BBQ's on your balconies or in your courtyards.
The upper levels have panoramic views over the harbour and bay with a magic northerly or easterly aspect. Simply sunshine.
All of our apartments come ready and waiting for you as our guest.
You as our guest have NO issue about having to get linen supplied and having to make your bed upon arrival, it's all done professionally prior to your check in, however you will need to bring your own Beach Towels .
With onsite management you have the reliance of our staff if the need arises.
The facilities include heated pool, well equipped gym and a sauna. All parking is undercover and secure with lift access to all floors.
We trust that all our guests understand that we are a complex that is also a residential building. We will not tolerate any contravening of our "quiet policy" that disturbs the peace and quiet of all our residents and guests while on site.
If cancelling your booking before 14 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit a $150 administration fee. If cancelling within the 14 day arrival period, you are subject to the above administration fee as well as, at management discretion, a fee covering for loss of income if we are unable to resell the unit for the same return to the owner for the same duration.

If arriving after hours an email or text message with check in details will be sent to the email address or mobile number listed on the reservation prior to the closing of the office on check in day.
Free onsite secured undercover parking is available. All 3 bedroom units have a double car space, except units 3,9,11 and 35 and 39 which have 1 car space only and all 2 bedroom units have 1 car space only. We have multiple visitor car spaces available also.
An easy 2.5 hour drive from Sydney on the M1 or fly into Newcastle Airport, hire a car and drive 25 minutes to Nelson Bay

'Great place for families! Roomy apartment in a recent complex. The Location is great - one block away from Marina and same block as Woollies. Underground carpark There is a pool and bbq facility on site. Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Nothing, it was great.'
'Re the beds, we prefer a firmer bed and the provided bed was rather soft... fine if you Like that thing! Just for us it is not our preference. The Location however is fantastic for Nelson Bay! Walking distance to ...the main areas and cafes. Very quiet facility as well Would certainly go back'
'The location was great. We could walk to the Marina and get Lunch. then walk to the cinema and walk to Woolworths etc.
The sub penthouse is such a great size for a Large family. The extra outside courtyard made it feel like we had so much space. Much Larger than any apartment we have stay in Newcastle.
The pool was a huge hit with our children! It's awesome that it is heat.! A few days out from winter and the water was beautiful!
The view from the balcony is just Lovely! A nice way to start the day whilst having a coffee :-)'
